Twelve breweries.
Twelve stories.
One year of Biergebabbel.

In 2027 we dedicate each month to one brewery, its people, its beers and its story.

Why only twelve?

Because good stories take time.

A brewery is not just visible for a single post. For one month it becomes part of Biergebabbel – with preparation, its own main episode and accompanying releases.

  • One brewery per month
  • Four to six selected beers
  • Main episode and short-form films
  • A month in the focus of our format

Working together

What happens after you say yes.

Everything that matters, at an unhurried pace: from choosing the beers to a shared publication date.

  1. Your confirmation

If everything feels right for you, we reserve your place for Biergebabbel 2027 and agree the beer selection with you.

  2. Beers and information

You send us the selected beers together with information about the beers and your brewery.

We do not need finished advertising copy or prescribed talking points.

    • Beer style, ingredients and distinctive details
    • How the beers came about
    • The brewery and the people behind it
    • What is particular about the brewing process
    • Existing photographs and film
  3. Tasting production

Chris and Mike taste the beers and talk about sensory character, background and their personal conclusion.

The episode is made independently and without pre-written promotional lines.

  4. Interview with you

After the tasting we record an online interview with you. We talk about the brewery, the people behind it, the story of the beers and questions that came up while tasting.

The interview is deliberately held after the tasting – so we can ask the questions that actually arose in the glass.

  5. Edit and post-production

The tasting and the interview then go into the edit. From that we make the main episode and the accompanying pieces.

  6. Review

Once the interview is cut, we send you the cut for review. You see the conversation as it will be published.

  7. Publication

After the review we set the publication date.

If you have a particular publication date in mind, we should agree it before production. The earlier we know your preferred date, the better we can plan around it.

Chris and Mike talking about beer

Chris & Mike

Two hosts.
One honest conversation.

Chris and Mike do not taste against each other and they do not award scores. They talk about what happens in the glass, the idea behind the beer and the people who brewed it.

Direct, curious and without prescribed advertising lines.
